Miranda do Corvo, in the Beiras, in central Portugal, is part of Coimbra district. The municipality covers 126.4 km² and had 12,014 inhabitants at the 2021 census.
With about 95 inhabitants per km², it combines a medium-sized town with villages and farmland. Of the 17 municipalities in Coimbra district, it is number 11 by population.
As the crow flies it lies about 16 km south-east of Coimbra, the capital.
