Santa Cruz da Graciosa is a municipality in Portugal, in the Autonomous Region of the Azores, on the island of Graciosa. At the 2021 census it had 4,095 inhabitants over an area of 60.7 km².
Population density is about 67 per km²: a mainly rural municipality, with a main town and several villages scattered across its territory. Of the 19 municipalities in the Autonomous Region of the Azores, it is number 14 by population.
As the crow flies it lies about 242 km north-west of Ponta Delgada, the capital.
