Vidigueira is a municipality in Portugal, in Beja district, in the Alentejo. At the 2021 census it had 5,177 inhabitants over an area of 316.0 km².
With about 16 inhabitants per km², it is a sparsely populated area of countryside, small villages and wide open spaces, typical of inland Portugal. Of the 14 municipalities in Beja district, it is number 10 by population.
As the crow flies it lies about 25 km north-east of Beja, the capital. The nearest major city is Évora, about 50 km away.
